Bear Mountain Production Services is a division of the Work Training Center, located in Chico, California. Our labor force is comprised primarily of adults with disabilities who take great pride in proving they are more than able to provide you with the products you requested. Our policy is to ensure that every product that leaves our facilities is of the utmost quality. Your satisfaction is our goal. Here at Bear Mountain, we want you to be proud of your association with the Work Training Center.
Therefore, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we will replace your product or refund your money within thirty days of purchase. There are exceptions for sewn products that are custom made or screen printed.

Shipping...
Most products leave our production facilities via UPS, utilizing their ground rates. Exceptions to this are shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, where USPS Priority Mail is then used. Freight shipment can also be arranged with pallet to pallet/business to business shipment. Yes, Bear Mountain does allow the customer to arrange their own shipping.
All shipping charges are incurred by the customer unless otherwise specified in a previous written agreement.
For ground shipment, please allow five to seven business days for delivery.
